Step 1: Organize and Backup the Footage

• Make note of how many video files there are and how large the total folder is (in GB’s)

• Create a parent folder labeled “date_couples first names _your name”

  Ex: 01_15_22_Jen_and_Nick_Ben_Sloane

• Load footage into the parent folder.

• Within the parent folder above, create additional sub folders with the following names:

  • Bcam

  • Prep

  • Ceremony

  • Outdoor Portrait Footage

  • Reception

  • Audio

• Drag all footage into the parent folder and organize into the sub folders.

• Please back up your footage until 4 months after the wedding date.

Step 2: Upload to dropbox

• We will send an email the week before your event with a Dropbox shared link. You may also use your own dropbox- whichever is easiest. Dropbox only please.

• Here are two helpful links to upload large files to dropbox.com

  • Upload via the website

  • Upload via the desktop app(recommended)

Step 3: Please confirm the upload is complete, by fill out the form.

Step 4: Get paid

• If steps 1-3 are finished by the Wednesday after your wedding, expect payment to be processed about two weeks after your wedding.
